Hello everyone, it's me again! This blog will be talking about the Disney College Program Phone Interview! I will talk about helpful tips for the interview and some possible questions the interviewer may ask over the phone. Here we go! THE TIPS AND TRICKS First of all, you want to schedule your phone interview for a time you know for sure you won't be busy or doing anything. You will also need to schedule about an hour out of your day for the interview because it can last awhile depending on your roles. Mine, however, only lasted about 20 minutes. I did my interview at 9:15 pm, that way I knew I would be free from distractions and so I can prepare that day for it. I got ready and situated for the actual interview at 9:00 pm, because I read that they may call you early (they also may call you a couple minutes late), so I wanted to be ready.
