Tips, Tricks, and Treats of the Web-Based Interview (WBI)

Hey guys! It's me again and I'm going to discuss the in's and out's of the web-based interview, or as the Disney community call it, the WBI. The first step in applying for the Disney College Program is to submit your resume to www.disneycollegeprogram.com. This process takes about 15-30 minutes, but you are able to save it and finish it later. Once you submit your resume, wait a couple hours to a couple days to receive your web-based interview email that has a link that takes you to this part of the application process. Okay, once you receive your email, I would wait until you are in a good area/place to be able to concentrate on your answers. This part of the application process is probably the most difficult and tricky. The questions will be worded in a couple different ways, and a couple of different times, so watch out! About me!

Well, let's start off with the basics. My name is Aelynn Rodriguez, and I live in the one and only Houston, Texas. I have lived here all my life and I have an 8 year old brother who I adore. This will be my first time doing the Disney College Program and I am sooooo excited. I currently go to community college but plan to be an education major and teach at an elementary school. I live at home and this will be my first time living in a place away from my parents for an extended period of time! I applied for the Disney College Program on March 6th, 2014 and got my acceptance letter March 16th, 2014. My move in date is August 4th, 2014 and I am scheduled to stay until January 7th, but am planning on extending my internship to the full year. I am so blessed to be given this opportunity to work for Disney. My very first trip ever was for my 5th birthday. Ever since then I have wanted to work there and now I get the chance to do just that!
